All products sold by SkinnyDropz are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes only.

• Products are not for human consumption.
• Products are not for animal use or consumption.
• Products are not intended for diagnostic, therapeutic, clinical, or medical application.
• Products are not intended to treat, cure, mitigate, diagnose, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

By purchasing from SkinnyDropz, you represent that you are a qualified researcher or are purchasing on behalf of an appropriate research entity, understand the nature and intended use of the products, and will handle them in accordance with applicable laws and appropriate research procedures.

Misuse of SkinnyDropz products is prohibited.

By creating an account or placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• The information you provide to SkinnyDropz is accurate and complete.
• You are legally permitted to purchase and possess the products in your jurisdiction.
• You understand that products designated Research Use Only are not intended for human or animal use.
• You will comply with all applicable local, state and federal laws.

Creating an account does not by itself establish purchasing eligibility. SkinnyDropz may require age, account, or other eligibility verification before permitting a purchase.

SkinnyDropz reserves the right to refuse service, reject an order, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary.

We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, pricing, images, inventory status and other website information accurate and current.

However, errors, omissions, or changes may occur. Product details, packaging, availability, pricing, and website content may be updated without prior notice.

SkinnyDropz reserves the right to correct inaccurate information, update listings, limit quantities, and cancel orders affected by a material pricing, inventory, or listing error.

All orders are subject to review, verification and acceptance by SkinnyDropz.

Submission of an order or receipt of an automated order confirmation does not necessarily mean that payment has been received or that the order has been finally accepted.

An order may be held, refused, or canceled for reasons including:

• Suspected misuse of products.
• Fraud or security concerns.
• Regulatory or compliance concerns.
• Inventory limitations.
• Incorrect product, availability, or pricing information.
• Failure to complete or confirm payment when required.
• Failure to meet purchasing eligibility requirements.

We may also limit order quantities when reasonably necessary.

Unless otherwise stated, prices on the SkinnyDropz website are listed in U.S. Dollars.

Applicable product totals, discounts, shipping charges, rewards, and other order information are presented during checkout before an order is submitted.

SkinnyDropz may adjust product pricing, modify promotions, or correct pricing errors at any time. Changes do not retroactively alter a completed order except where an order was affected by an obvious pricing or listing error and is canceled or corrected as permitted by these Terms.

Submission of an order does not mean payment has been received. Orders may remain pending until SkinnyDropz confirms payment.

SkinnyDropz may cancel unpaid orders in accordance with the payment instructions or order notices presented to the customer.

SkinnyDropz currently ships orders on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Orders are generally packed and fulfilled in the order they are received. Most orders are processed within 72 business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

The shipping speed selected at checkout begins after the order has been processed, packed, and transferred to the applicable carrier.

Carrier delivery dates and transit times are estimates. Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, SkinnyDropz does not control carrier delays, routing, or delivery performance.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Customers should review their shipping information carefully before submitting an order.

SkinnyDropz recommends UPS whenever available, although available shipping options may vary by order and destination.

Due to the nature of research materials, purchases are generally final.

SkinnyDropz may review a return, replacement, or refund request where:

• An incorrect item was shipped.
• A product arrived damaged.
• Another verified fulfillment issue occurred that SkinnyDropz determines warrants review.

Customers requesting review should contact SkinnyDropz promptly and provide relevant order information, photographs, or other documentation reasonably needed to evaluate the request.

Eligibility for a refund, replacement, or other resolution will be determined after review, subject to applicable law.

Eligible SkinnyDropz customer accounts may participate in the SkinnyDropz Rewards and Referral Program.

Purchase rewards are based on eligible product subtotal. Shipping charges and taxes do not earn reward points.

Purchase points are posted after the applicable order is confirmed. Pending points are not available for redemption until they become available.

Points do not expire while the associated SkinnyDropz customer account remains active.

Each eligible customer account may have a unique personal referral code and referral link. A qualifying referred purchase earns the referrer 2,000 reward points, equivalent to $20 in SkinnyDropz reward value.

Reward points are account benefits, are not redeemable for cash, and may not be sold or transferred between customer accounts unless SkinnyDropz expressly permits otherwise.

SkinnyDropz may correct rewards credited in error and may revoke points or referral credit associated with fraud, abuse, manipulation, canceled orders, refunded orders, or violations of these Terms.

SkinnyDropz may modify or discontinue the rewards or referral program. Material program changes will be reflected through the website or applicable program information.

Website content made available by SkinnyDropz, including its branding, logos, graphics, page designs, product presentation, written content, photographs and other proprietary materials, is owned by SkinnyDropz or used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, modify, or commercially use proprietary SkinnyDropz content without prior written permission except where otherwise permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SkinnyDropz will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of this website, products, customer accounts, or services.

SkinnyDropz is not responsible for losses resulting from misuse of products, purchaser regulatory violations, or conduct inconsistent with the Research Use Only designation.

Products are supplied for their stated research purpose. The purchaser assumes responsibility for lawful handling, storage, research use and compliance.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold SkinnyDropz harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Improper or unauthorized use of products.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of applicable laws or regulations.
• Third-party claims arising from your purchase, handling, or use of products.

Customers are responsible for determining whether purchasing, possessing, handling, or using a particular product for its stated research purpose is lawful in their jurisdiction.

This responsibility includes applicable federal, state, local, and other laws or regulations.

SkinnyDropz does not represent that every product is lawful or available in every jurisdiction.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, customer accounts, administrative systems, or connected services.
• Interfere with or disrupt website operations.
• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information.
• Use automated systems in a manner that damages, overloads, or interferes with the website.
• Use the website or SkinnyDropz services for an unlawful purpose.

SkinnyDropz may suspend or terminate website or account access for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, security threats, abuse, or unlawful activity.

Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting the confidentiality of their login credentials.

A customer may choose a unique username and personal referral code during account creation, subject to availability, formatting rules, and SkinnyDropz approval.

Referral codes may be restricted from ordinary customer modification after account creation in order to preserve referral links and program records.

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless you promptly notify SkinnyDropz of suspected unauthorized access.

Use of the SkinnyDropz website and customer account system is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, retain and share personal information.

SkinnyDropz may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our website, business practices, programs, operations, or applicable requirements.

Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of the website after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Subject to any rights or requirements that cannot lawfully be waived, disputes arising from these Terms will be handled in an appropriate court located within the State of Alabama.
